Nam & I headed to Asheville, NC this weekend for the practice Honeymoon. Since you only get one shot at a honeymoon we figures we should take a short practice weekend to work out the kinks. I think we did pretty well for first timers.

We got a short road ride in on Saturday after waiting out the rain and driving to Black Mountain, NC.

After the worst night of attempted sleep at the Monte Vista Hotel, which I highly recommend you never visit, due to a wild Halloween party we rode the a good chuck of the ORAMM route. I would have some amazing shots of the view from Heartbreak Ridge which we ascended, but our camera eats batteries.

Today we hit the Blue Ridge Parkway from just outside of Bent Creek and rode the Mount Pisgah Inn.
