Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone. Namrita and I arrived back in MI at my inlaw’s early this morning. We will be hanging out here for a few days with an overnight trip over to see Danielle and Scott on the other side of the state. Christmas was good to me and the honeymoon went great. We have lots of riding and hiking pictures uploaded in the gallery. This vacation has been great…lots of riding, relaxing, and quiet time with Namrita.

I’m actually excited to get back home for work and training. My race training has been a little haphazzard so far, but I’ve certainly put the miles in. I’ll start really building some fitness in Jan. Everything is on track with my first 24 hour in coming in May.

I see a lot of opportunities opening in 07 for 55nine Performance which is very exiting. We’ve had a few inquiries from other businesses about partnering in one manner or another. We’ll continue to explore our options and hopefully solidify these relationships in the near future, but I really want to find the right fit where our fitting, coaching and nutritional services fit in with our partners. I’m looking for that win-win situation. I have been invited to work with Tom Coleman, the owner of Wobble-Naught & Myofacts, at the Abercrombie & Fitch Elite Cycling Team team camp in Macon, GA in Feb at the L.H. Thomson facility. That should a great learning & networking experience. Also, I’m still working with Lee Childers over at Georgia Tech on his project which has been very educational for me.

BTW - A huge thanks to Dave Chenault in Prescott Valley, AZ for the great tour of Granite Mountain.

I hope you have a safe and happy holiday,

Eddie O
