Macon & Middle GA riders, here is your chance to ride with some of the best in country:
Abercrombie & Fitch Training Camp
Abercrombie & Fitch presented by Inferno racing will have their Spring Training Camp in Macon as guests of LH Thomson. Stay tuned as there will be 2 chances to “Ride with the Pros” and lots of space to ride or drive a Team car. Dates of the camp are February 20 through 25th. Rides will be based out of North Macon using the farm roads between here and Barnesville and also East Macon highlighting Kaolin mining territory which will allow the riders to get familiar with Myrick’s Mill Road, 5 miles of “fun” if you like climbing!!
What does this have to do with me? I’ll be at the camp to assist with the Wobble-Naught fitting of the entire team. In addition there will be 3 other Wobble-Naught fitters on site: Tom Coleman, the owner/founder of WN; Jim Baldesare, an A&F team member and OH Wobble-Naught dealer, and Andy Applegate, also an A&F team member & NC Wobble-Naught fitter. This should be a great opportunity to learn from the other guys on how I can improve my techniques and we’ll have some hands-on experience with Myofacts & Dartfish!
In other 55nine Performance news…the local pros are starting to take notice. I cannot name names at this point, but riders from both Jittery Joes and AEG-Toshiba-Jet Networks have either been in or are scheduled to be in.
In personal news…..I have to go get on the rollers. That icy/raining mess that hit most of the Midwest is now here in the ATL. On the brighter side, sponsorship news has been positive and announcements will be made soon, the BURN 24 Hour will happen, and my new project is moving forward.
