I’m tired.
19 hours total riding, 3+ hours of tempo, 4 hours on the new rigid single speed Kona Kahuna, 6 fittings and a RAMBO meeting presentation (thanks RAMBO) all last week. This coming week looks like more of the same, but with more hours of riding. I did my tempo ride today and I’m whooped. I just ate, made some adjustment to Nam‘s new rig and now I need to eat again. It’s a good tired though. The kind that comes with a sense of accomplishment from working hard. I’ll try to get back on the ball with the posts here, but there are only so many hours in the day.
I’ll post some pics of my new rig ASAP. Oh and the other good news of the week is that Josh Seldman, my coach of the previous 2 years is back to help get on track for the up coming race season. I was feeling a little uncertain of my progress this year with all of the responsibilities I’m juggling, so an objective opinion will be helpful.
