Yet another 99* day here in the ATL. The heat is just one issue though…the air quality has been horrible for that week or so. I’m not one to get up at the crack of dawn to ride. I like to let me breakfast settle, drink some coffee and check my email before I do much. Unfortunately if I wait that long it’s well over 90* out there and my motivation wanes. I’ve only ridden about 2.5 hours so far this week and none today. I even rode the rollers on Tuesday rather than ride outside in the afternoon heat and bad air. Hopefully this breaks soon because my legs feel great and I want to get out and ride!
