Gym Rat
I have survived the first week of weight lifting….barely. That hurt. It usually takes multiple days of long rides or 24 hour to feel that kind of deep muscle soreness, but with weights it came in just one hour a day. We lifted 4 times this week and I think we worked ourselves over pretty good. My biceps and hamstrings took a good thrashing. I may not be able to tie my shoes tomorrow…

The discovery of the week is that Namrita’s max weight for the leg press if very close to mine. It must be all that single speeding she did this year!
BTW - Namrita scored a great sposnorship with Beyond Clothing this week. Custom made foul weather gear….it just sounds cool. I’m a little jealous, especially since is getting cold out.
