Phew

It’s been a busy day. Answered some emails about fittings & the BURN 24 this AM, worked on the bikes for about 30 minutes, then went to Conyers to preride with Namrita and the boys. The course is pretty much the same, a few new lines, but little change. We shortened the ride because the rain was starting, but the dogs got just enough in to be tired. When we got home, I grabbed some lunch and then went back down to the garage to work on bikes again. Then while I was down there my afternoon fitting client , Marcel, showed up. We knocked his fit out even though I felt pretty scatter brained. My phone must have rang 5-6 times during the two hour session. Once Marcel was on his way (to the 12 hours of Tsali), I had just a few minutes to read about Nam & I on Cyclingnews.com. The GG PR machine is rolling again. Nam is a little embarrassed by it, but this is exactly what we hoped to do for Vassago and accomplishing goals is a good feeling. Then another fitting client came in. He had just done a half Ironman and had some trouble transitioning from the bike to the run. In just about 45 minutes we worked through the issues using the Dartfish analysis. I love that tool. It makes teaching on-the-bike-mechanics so easy. I think he’ll kill this weekend in the Peachtree City Tri. Now it’s time for pizza and few beers to unwind.

I’ll have to think a bit about my goals for Conyers this weekend……
